Coaching is an intimate and sacred container for healing, growth, and expansion. Through Zoom sessions, I work with women around the world, creating a space where you can show up fully and authentically. In this supportive environment, you are deeply seen and held—so you can step into the big, beautiful life you were always meant to live.
Between sessions, ongoing support continues through Voxer—a voice and text messaging app—so you’re never alone on your journey. You have a safe space to process, reflect, and stay connected as you grow.
Most of the time, I work with women. Women who have spent years being everything to everyone else. Women who have been praised for their strength, their sacrifice, their ability to carry it all—but somewhere lost themselves along the way.
If that’s you, I see you.
You might be the one who smiles through the overwhelm. The one who keeps the calendar, keeps the peace, and keeps pushing. The one who wakes up one day and wonders, when did I stop feeling like me?
You’re not broken. You’re just exhausted. And underneath it all, you know there has to be more.
I speak, write, and coach from the heart. Everything I teach comes from a place of lived experience—my own pain, my own healing, and the honor of walking alongside so many women who’ve decided they’re done performing and ready to come home to themselves.
All the overdoing, overextending, striving to be skinnier, stronger, smarter, more lovable—it won’t fix what’s aching inside. That kind of peace doesn’t come from changing your circumstances. It comes from changing your relationship to yourself.
This work isn’t about hustle. It’s about expansion. It’s about healing the parts of you that learned you had to earn your worth. It’s about unpacking the stories that have kept you small and giving yourself permission to live the life you deeply crave.
This work is sacred. And it’s not for the faint of heart.
I ask for a six-month commitment because true transformation takes time. But there’s no legal contract. Just a heartfelt invitation to step into a partnership that’s built on trust, presence, and truth.

Until I met Molly I didn’t even know what a life coach was, but now I know, we all need one! We all have “stuff” big or little that needs work. My personal experience with Molly felt safe and judgement free. She listened and honestly said the simplest things for me to recognize the direction I needed to go. Now, I’m always telling my friends about Molly. I want everyone to have the positive experience I’ve had. I have overcome fears, understand myself more, let go of things that were holding me back and changing unhealthy patterns. And more importantly, I have a new dear friend who’s cheering me on and genuinely believes in me, even when I forget.

I called Molly at my lowest, ready to file for divorce, and felt like I had nowhere else to turn. After months of working with Molly, I was able to draw boundaries, speak my truth, and understand where I was showing up in my life and causing my own pain. I reframed my approach and started listening and communicating my needs. I’m so proud to say that my marriage is better than ever and I’m so happy in my life again. My only regret isn’t working with Molly sooner. I wish everyone would have the chance to work with her.

"Molly is an incredible coach and a pillar of my support system. She is currently helping me work through an extremely difficult time in my life and is always so responsive, insightful and supportive. She has taught me how to develop the inner strength I need to face daily crises and has started helping me to uncover the best version of myself. I can't imagine going through this without her. I stopped working with a therapist and switched to Molly instead - it was the best decision I ever made!"

Divorce has been one of the hardest things I have ever endured. Molly has played an invaluable roll in the process. Having her as part of my support system has given me the tools I needed to navigate this journey. When I’m spiraling, she is able to give me perspective to look at each situation with clear and grounded strategy. I’ve learned a lot about myself through her counsel and feel that is one of the best takeaways from something so devastating. I’m so grateful for her compassion, insight, and support.

"Molly coaches from the heart. This paired perfectly with my desire to heal my heart. Her gentle, yet direct style has helped me create my own healing journey. Our sessions feel like a team working on a strategy to live better. We analyze my reactions to life events and find new practical tools to make change that lasts."

The first time I talked to Molly I felt immediately felt the difference between her and other coaches I had talked to. She was heart-led. I cried realizing that her approach to divorce and life moving forward was what I wanted for me and my kids. So much light and peace. I feel lighter and more clear on the direction I am heading. Coaching with Molly is exactly what I needed.

I am really trying on this healing journey and coaching with Molly is what I needed to guide me. I did not know where to turn and had felt so lost. I feel like I’m getting a bit more anchored everyday. I wish I’d “found” Molly two years ago!

Coaching with Molly became the very best decision during and post-divorce. The way divorce and life after were being presented didn't feel right to me. I knew there had to be a better way. I had met with several coaches and then found Molly. Her heart-led approach is exactly why she was the right fit for me. I bawled during our first call, feeling relief over finally finding the coach who could support me in the best way possible as I navigated huge life shifts. We have worked through so many layers together: divorce, co-parenting, trauma, family relationships, kids. I was able to direct my divorce in a more supportive way and find peace for all of us because of my work with Molly. Best decision. Life forever changed. Eternally grateful.
